ADHD Coaching for students, academics, professionals

Handing in your assignment / expenses / tax return late again?

Moving in random directions all at once? Feel you’re not getting any traction?

People ask you “Why aren’t you doing better (with that brain, those skills, etc.)?”

You ask yourself that!

Working with me can help you answer these questions much more to your satisfaction, help you feel that you’re using your undoubted talents (discovering them first if need be), get some goals, and actually feel like you’re moving towards achieving them.

I’m a qualified ADHD coach, trained by the ADD Coach Academy, one of the best coaching colleges in the world. My clients include students, academics, professionals, and “none of the above”, with or without a diagnosis of ADHD. I decided to become a coach so that I could help more of the people who contacted me, especially those of you not within travelling distance of Edinburgh.

We meet by phone or Skype, usually three times a month (more if you’re a student and find more frequent sessions helpful to keep you on track), and figure out what you want to do, who you want to be, and how to do that – and what’s going to get in the way and what’s going to help. And I provide you with accountability if that’s what you want. Sometime people find it easier to do a task if they know someone else is waiting for an email about it, for example. I call it “outsourcing the dopamine supply”. But no nagging.

Drop me a line if you’d like to set up a free consultation to find out how and whether coaching can help you and to see if we’re a good fit. Off to the contact page right now!
